👋 Meet Salar, General Manager at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre.

Salar graduated with a degree in Sports Science in 2013 and began his career in the industry as a Personal Trainer, helping people live healthier, more active lives.

Now, as General Manager, he’s passionate about supporting both our members and team to keep Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre a welcoming and healthy place for the whole community.

💪 Fun fact: Salar used to compete in weightlifting, from the London Youth Games all the way to National Junior competitions!

Nearly three in five parents expect their children to be less active during the colder months. But staying active is vital for physical and mental wellbeing.

That’s why the Government have launched a new campaign called ‘Let’s Move!’ which is supported by Sport England and encourages families to keep active all year round.

One of the best ways to do that? Swimming! 🏊️

Local pools are warm, indoors and full of fun. Whether it’s a splash session, swimming lessons or just playtime in the water, it’s a brilliant way to stay active when it’s cold outside.
