🙌🏽 WELCOME // Hailing from Sardegna 🇮🇹, the newest member of our PKGen London family is all about the values of parkour and what they have brought to his life.

“Parkour made me think about who I really want to be in this world and what I want to stand for. It makes me analyse how I can be the best version of myself. In order to show up as who I want to be, I need to be present. I need to be aware and focused. Parkour asks these things of you and helps you to train these skills for everyday life. My training helps me to be in touch with myself and my emotions and brings a lot of willingness to be the best version of myself.

Then you add to that the strong community; the sense of family and working together, treating others as I’d like to be treated myself. There’s so many great values in there.”

Acrobatics in parkour isn’t just about throwing flips — it’s opening up new movement possibilities.

Coach workshop took participants from foundational rolls through to somersaults and side flips, using clear, easy-to-follow progressions that made complex skills feel accessible and achievable.

What started as basic parkour rolls quickly evolved into dynamic new ways of approaching building lines, giving everyone the confidence to explore acrobatics not as separate tricks, but as part of a larger movement language.

One of the things that makes parkour so unique is its relationship with fear.

As practitioners, we regularly confront situations that demand courage, composure, and trust — and in doing so, discover who we become on the other side of that fear.

When the adrenaline hits, muscles tense and the infamous “Elvis legs” appear 😅, it’s easy to freeze. But fear is something that can be understood and worked with.

Through breathwork, visualisation, and progressive exposure tailored to each participant’s experience level, Coach guided both beginners and advanced athletes through practical tools for managing pressure and building confidence.

Not all parkour is built on big jumps and explosive vaults.

Sometimes, the most valuable movement comes from slowing down, exploring what’s available to you, and learning how to adapt creatively to the environment in front of you.

On Sunday, Coach .ves guided participants through a masterclass in unusual under and over-bar movement patterns, encouraging the group to rethink how rails can be approached and connected through play.

Everyone got a fair taste of what she affectionately called “The Rail Massage”. 😅

Sunday at WIPW2026 began with movement, laughter, and a whole lot of energy!

Tasked with warming up the group for a full day of training in a brisk 8 degrees 🥶, Coach delivered a session packed with games, connection, and playful challenges that brought everyone together from the very first moment.

Following Saturday’s finisher — which had already bonded the group in the best way — our WIPW participants arrived ready to move, explore, and embrace everything , .ves, and Megan had prepared for the day ahead.

More than just a warm-up, it was a reminder that shared movement has a way of breaking barriers, building confidence, and creating community.

Traditionally we end Day One of the Women’s International Parkour Weekend with an all out physical beasting, known simply as the Group Challenge.

When your brain is jam-packed with learnings from the day, what more do you have left to give but your sweat 😅 and hard graft 💪🏽 for a common cause.

isn’t just a cute motto; it’s the value that keeps our community together through hardship and adversity. It’s the tie that binds us. And 2026 was no exception.

This being our 10th anniversary year, each participant had to complete 10 laps of our course, sticking in pairs, helping each other through the grueling mixture of basic (but never easy) physical conditioning drills.

They came. They saw and my goodness did they conquer. Congratulations on your tenacity and effort ladies! This video doesn’t do it justice.

Our advanced athletes are well versed in line-building, so Coach flipped the process on its head — removing familiar options and limiting habitual choices to disrupt automatic movement patterns.

With the usual pathways off-limits, the group was challenged to experiment, adapt, and play their way into an entirely new movement vocabulary.

Different solutions. Different rhythms. Different possibilities.

We spend our childhoods being told to “get down from there, it’s not safe”.

Flash forwards and you’re an adult woman, still wanting to climb on things and explore your environment through movement.

In comes Coach .ves this WIPW2026 with a great session covering the basics of ascent and descent off walls, giving our participants a chance to re-find that childlike joy for exploration, whilst making it safe and functional.

Palm Spins are a fun and challenging way to change direction in your flow lines.

Coach gave a great breakdown of how to progress and regress the movement, across both common and uncommon street furniture.

Fancy giving it a go?!

Training outdoors can feel daunting for beginners, when the space presents a broad, blank canvas. Theres almost too many options.

To help our new movers develop the confidence to get started, Coach delivered a fantastic session on using small, low impact movements to experiment with the landscape and organically build a line.

For lots of our participants, this was the best session of the weekend. 💕
