Adult Dance Classes at Central School of Ballet

A diverse range of classes are available from ballet to African contemporary. Adult class bookings are made through Gymcatch.

Central’s new premises, the Countess of Wessex Studios, provides a hub for some of London’s best dance teachers to deliver adult classes to improve dance skills, general fitness and for wellbeing. You can reserve your place exactly six days before each class (e.g. class bookings will open at 11:30am on Monday for a class at 11:30am on Sunday).
