I wanted to share something I’m offering this winter called Lean In Residency - a three-module movement training taking place in Arambol, Goa.
This residency has grown out of my own practice and teaching over the last years. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen to the body, and explore movement in a way that feels grounded, attentive, and human. Across three modules we move from somatic awareness, into floorwork and release, and then into contact improvisation with jam integration.
The modules are standalone, so you’re welcome to join just one, or come for a longer arc if that feels right.

💰 Pricing:
• One module - 8,000 INR
• Two modules - 7,000 INR each
• All three modules - 6,000 INR each
• Lunch option - +1,000 INR per module
🌿 Accessibility:
There is 1 full scholarship and 1 part-scholarship available, and I’m very open to conversations around access or finances if that would support you joining.
