Helping small service businesses email their list consistently and confidently. No overwhelm, no guilt. Ask me about the Email Confidence Programme. No jargon.

Marketing by Minal helps service providers build a simple email marketing system they can confidently run themselves. If you've got an email list you haven't touched in months, you're not lazy, and you're not bad at marketing. You're just stuck. And the longer you leave it, the harder it feels to start again. That's exactly who Minal works with. The Email Confidence Programme is a 3-month email ma

Ready to hear something uncomfortable?

You feel guilty all the time because you aren't emailing your list.

And that guilt eats away at you because you know that email marketing is the best digital channel for ROI.

Because you know that your list has warm people on it who are more ready to buy your services than complete strangers.

And still, that email is left unsent.

It's not because you don't know what to say. You have tonnes of ideas.

And, if you're honest with yourself, it's not because you don't have the time.

The reason that email stays as a draft is because you don't have a system you can reliably roll out every week.

The one that gets your email written and scheduled in less than 20 minutes.

The one that works for YOU and YOUR business.

Want that system? Get yourself on the waitlist for the Email Confidence Programme. Work with me 1-to1 for 3 months and watch your system grow and turn into the thing you've always needed.

Three things that happen when you start emailing your list consistently.

And I bet they're not what you were expecting.

They're worth thinking about before your next email sits in your drafts for another three weeks.

Which of these would make the biggest difference to your business right now?

And if you're still not sure that email is ready to go out, then I have something just for you.

The Email Confidence Programme is my 3-month 1:1 coaching programme for service business owners who are ready to make this happen. The waitlist is open now, and waitlist members get first access and the best price.

Your email list isn't the problem. You just need someone in your corner 💌

If your list has been gathering dust for longer than you'd like to admit, that's not a discipline problem. It's a system and confidence problem.

And that's exactly what the Email Confidence Programme is for.

3 months. Just you and me. Building a simple, consistent email habit that fits around your business.

The waitlist is open now. Waitlist members get first access and the best price. Link in the comments.

Ever forget to get content?

This is me all the time!

Sorry. That was a bit harsh. 😬

But it's true, right?

Most welcome emails say one of two things. "Thanks for subscribing." Or absolutely nothing, because there isn't one set up yet.

And your new subscriber? They signed up full of enthusiasm... and then heard nothing useful. So they forgot about you.

Not because they're not interested. Because you didn't show up when it mattered most.

The brilliant news? It's one of the easiest things to fix.

A fab welcome email doesn't have to be long. It just needs to remind them why they joined, tell them what to expect, and sound like you.

That's it. That's the whole thing.

Is your welcome email doing those three things?

And if you're wondering what else could be quietly working against your list growth, join me on 10 July.

You worked hard to get people on your email list. Don't lose them in the first 24 hours.

Most list-building advice stops the moment someone signs up. Job done, right?

But that's exactly when the work starts.

Because if your welcome email says nothing useful, if it's not clear what they're signing up for, if it doesn't sound anything like you... they'll forget they ever joined.

I'm gonna say it. A leaky list is more damaging than a small one.

Here are five things worth checking right now, so your new subscribers feel like they hit gold joining your list.

Which one are you going to fix first?

And if you want to go deeper, join me this Friday, 10 July for a free live session. "Grow your email list (without doing everything)", 11.30-12.00.

When you have neither, you need a simple process.

In 30 minutes, you'll learn how to get a yes without the stress and overwhelm.

Isn't talking to people you already know so much easier than talking to complete strangers?

The same goes for your email list. You don't need to find new people. You need to ask the ones who already know you.

Most list-building advice has you chasing strangers. New traffic, new followers, new sign-ups.

But your warmest subscribers? They're already in your world.

There are six places to look before you spend another minute on cold tactics. 👇🏽

And, I'm walking through exactly how to put this into action on 10 July. "Grow your email list (without doing everything)" is free, 30 minutes, and built for solo and small service providers.

Go on, you know you want to! The link is in the comments!

A small list can be a powerful list. Here's why size was never the thing.

I built a business on a list of under 800 engaged subscribers. Courses sold. Coaching spots filled. Consistent income.

Not because the list was huge. Because the people on it actually wanted to hear from me.

Engagement matters more than size. Every time.

So stop chasing numbers. Start nurturing who's already there.

What's one thing you could do this week to show up more for your current subscribers?
