For the seniors.

Due to the lack of numbers on the Tuesday session the seniors will be breaking up for the summer.

The senior session will reopen when we fully return as of 8th September.

The Thursday senior session is still running.

Hi all.

This week is the last week of childrens Judo for the summer holidays, so it will be a fun session week.

For those that can't make it, we hope you have a lovely break and we will return from 8th September.

The senior session will still be going ahead provided we get the numbers and interest.

The older and more experienced children are also welcome to this session while the summer holidays are on.

Well done to everyone tonight, some fun techniques learnt.

Next week will be the last sessions for the summer holiday break for the children sessions.

Both the children and advanced/ senior sessions will be on.

For parents and students please ensure to dress light and bring plenty of liquids/ electrolytes.

We do have chilled bottle water if needed.

Seniors working on the fundamentals of grips, grip breaking and following up with throws from there, good to piece everything together.
