Be Fit Today Track Academy is an exciting revolutionary track club which
focuses on developing unharnessed potential. BFT Track Academy was founded by World Champion TJ
Ossai, who is passionate about maximising the potential of the next
generation of children. Every young person has the
ability inside to excel in a sport. Athletics teaches the core
aspects of most sports: running, jumping and
throwing. Your child can be an Olympian, professional rugby
player, footballer or a doctor, with this
training foundation. Our team of coaches will not only shape able sportspeople but also instil a winning mindset for life. Our club serves the community and accepts members from 6 years old and
upwards. Our headquarters is at Jim Peters Stadium, Mayesbrook
Park, RM8 2JR and training nights are Monday 5.30 - 7pm,
- 7pm and Saturday 10.30am - 12 noon.
