Your postnatal recovery matters - and our specialist mum programme understands that better than most.

That’s why we offer Mummy MOTs at MakeMomStrong through our partnership with our wonderful in-house physio and coach - giving our mums access to specialist women’s health physiotherapy directly within our gym community.

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal assessment designed to support your recovery after birth - whether you had your baby 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago.

Many mums experience things like:

leaking when sneezing or exercising
feelings of heaviness
abdominal separation
back or pelvic pain
lack of confidence returning to training
These symptoms are COMMON postpartum, but they are not things you simply have to “put up with”.

Assessments may include:
✔ pelvic floor assessment
✔ abdominal separation checks
✔ posture + movement assessment
✔ return-to-exercise guidance
✔ support with pain or symptoms

At MakeMomStrong, we believe mums deserve proper support when returning to movement and exercise - not pressure to “bounce back”.

You do not stop being ambitious because you became a mum.

And you do not have to choose between motherhood and challenging yourself physically.

MUMROX was created because we saw a gap that desperately needed filling.

So many women wanted to train for HYROX but didn’t feel safe, confident or supported doing it postnatally.

Most spaces either push women too hard too soon or assume mums only want “gentle” exercise forever.

We believe there should be another option.

A space where women can:
- rebuild strength safely
- return to running gradually
- understand impact postnatally
- train alongside other mums
- scale workouts to wherever they’re at
- work towards big goals again

No pressure or bounce back culture and definitely no expectation to be who you were before.

Just expert coaching, community and support.

We still can’t quite believe how rare this kind of programme is.

MUMROX is one of the only postnatal HYROX programmes we’ve seen in London - possibly even the UK.

Because mums deserve spaces like this too.

We’re hiring - but let’s be clear, this isn’t about filling a gap.

MakeMomStrong has grown into something really special.

24 weekly classes. Two crèches. An incredible team. And a community of mums who genuinely want to be here.

So we’re not looking for an extra pair of hands.

We’re looking for someone who wants in.

Someone who cares about coaching properly.
Who understands the responsibility of working with mums and who brings energy, ideas, and presence into the room.

We want someone who’s excited by the idea of growing something - not just turning up for a shift.

We’ve got big plans for this programme, and the right person will play a huge part in what comes next.
