This high-intensity 90-minute session is designed for players who want to dominate on and off the ball. We’re combining technical passing drills with elite speed mechanics to sharpen your movement and your touch.

Passing & Receiving under pressure.
Explosive Power: Master those first 3 steps to the ball.
Elite Agility: Change of direction and multidirectional speed.
Top-End Speed: Efficiency over 5m, 10m, and 20m.
