Zumba with Lynn Dicken

A fun ZUMBA Fitness Community Class held in West Wickham taught by Lynn Dicken, a fully qualified, experienced, Zumba, dance and fitness instructor.

A Latin- inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and has been described as "exercise in disguise".It is fun, dynamic, exciting, exhilarating. Previous dance experience is not necessary, so it is suitable for all.
