It's been such a lonely journey

At the end of this year Beyond Motivation turns 5. This journey has stretched me more than anything.

This company started in my daughter's bedroom. For 2 years I was so locked in, I only answered to 1% of my personal messages and calls (This is not a lesson, I probably could have handled things better).

It was all or nothing. The mandate was simple, to change lives and to reach entrepreneurial success while at it. I was a young father (still am) and husband living in one of the most expensive cities in the world sacrificing my sure career in the heart of London for a world of uncertainty.

And while at it the people once close to me left me, the people I helped the most betrayed me, the people who hardly knew me, lied about me and of course I made mistakes of my own.

I quit my job and retired my 9 to 5 for life, and today Beyond Motivation has impacted 100s of thousands of lives.

To all my mentees, Focus is necessary. It won't be easy. If it was, everyone would do it.
