This weeks yoga session…

A blend of Blue Lotus oil combined with Yin Yoga.

“Renew…Receive to Replenish”

In this session we encourage the release of toxins from the body and mind by using deeply restorative yin postures, the focus will mainly be in the hip area.

The Hips can be an area where we tend to store stress and tension, this also stimulates the kidney and liver meridians to clear energetic and physical blockages.

We will finish with a deeply relaxing guided meditation where we will visit a stone circle, no ordinary stone circle, these stones are actually a collection of crystals, we will spend time visualising each one to take on the healing energies.

All levels are welcome, please bring a yoga mat.
(We do have a few spare)

Anyone on Fuerteventura this Friday can join myself and Strawberry.
We are very excited to let you know that we will be offering a trial yoga session at FitterVentura at 11am.
All levels are welcome, Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one, all on a donation basis.
The session will be for an hour and expect a blend of Hatha, with some Vinyasa, Pilates and finishing up with a deeply relaxing guided meditation. 🌴🏝
