SUNDAY EVENING: LORD FIREBRAND RETIRES
At the end of a Military Working Animals career (both dogs and horses) they are retired from service and rehomed. On the Sunday night of London International Horse Show, after 10 years of service, the Commanding Officer will retire his Charger, Yogi.
Yogi, formally named “Lord Firebrand” has completed 10 years of service with The King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery. During his tenure he has performed in every ceremonial season and completed over 50 Royal Salutes. However his most recent accomplishment is his greatest, being the horse that lead the funeral procession for Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
A true gentleman, a dear friend and a loyal companion, Yogi is considered to be one of the very best that has served at The Troop. He will be sorely missed by all those who know him, but he goes on to a wonderful retirement. It is deeply sad for Major Baileff to say goodbye to his Charger, having ridden him as both the Adjutant and as Commanding Officer, but is immensely proud of him and all that he has done. Under the wonderful care of the Veterinary officer, Capt Lane-Ley, and the management of the Equitation Instructor, WO2 Gostling, Yogi’s journey to being an Armed Force veteran now begins.

UPDATED TIMETABLE available for the New Horizon Plastics London Arena ⌚️

We look forward to welcoming all those Competitors (4 hooves 🐴 and 4 paws 🐾) who will be joining us in the New Horizon Plastics London Arena in December. Following the close of the Showing entries we have now been able to update the timetable and it is live on our website. There have been changes to class start times, so please do take a look!

Daily interviews with top riders competing at the show – which previously have featured stars such as London International Horse Show Ambassadors Lottie Fry, Harry Charles and Jodie Hall McAteer.

⭐️Meet & Greets
Meet & Greet opportunities abound at the London International. Don't miss This Esme at 5pm on Friday and Monday, Harlow Luna White hosted by Aztec Diamond at 10:30am on Saturday and by Pony Magazine at 10.30am on Sunday, and Megan Elphick on Saturday at 17:30 and Sunday at 14:30.

⭐️Horse & Country
The Show’s streaming provider, Horse & Country, will be interviewing on the Live Zone, including a special session with Ben Atkinson of Lights, Camera, Atkinson.

⭐️Best Dressed Awards supported by Fairfax & Favor
Will take place on the Live Zone at 16:30 each day

⭐️Great British Racing
Will be holding talks daily from Friday to Monday.

⭐️Displays
Daily sessions from the Defender Shetland Pony Grand National and King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery will present fans with a unique chance to meet with their heroes up close.

Joining the Live Zone for the first time this year, The Pony Club bring interactive and educational demos perfect for learning a little more about horsemanship.
