IF YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER IS DOING THIS THEY SUCK!
Picture this: you want to change your lifestyle habits and get healthier so you decide to hire a personal trainer. Someone that will look after you and help you to become a better version of yourself.
The day comes and you have your first session. The day that you will have someone helping you to get healthier and fitter is finally here! At least that’s the expectation anyone would have. The reality is that often (probably 95% of the times) you’ll start being pushed from the very first session. “No pain no gain” they say!
If that is the case your trainer sucks. Don’t go back. Anyone that doesn’t take 2 or 3 sessions to assess you, understand how you move and see how you respond to different stimulus should not be allow to prescribe any kind or form of exercise. They obviously don’t know what they are doing.
