Starting 2015 with first muscle-up evolving into what I have mastered up until now 2020 on & off of calisthenics. I stand here with veins pumping revolution 360s, levers, weighted calisthenics. I am the strenge fruit that grew up from pull ups and muscle ups rather than pumping iron! It's difficult to explain the structure of calisthenics, it's hard to explain how to start calisthenics.. Calisthenics is the key, but we still have not opened the right doors. No calisthenics is NOT the bar stuff, calisthenics is OFFICIALL, so make calisthenics official! 💯💪🏼👊🏼
