Another blistering track session for the team last night. 10 x 400m at speed maintaining the same pace throughout the set. Awesom work team and super Covid safe Socially Distanced.

Renegade team members Colin, John and Alex smashed the 113 Events Cotswold Classic 70.3 Relay. 4th time the team have won this relay. Super hats off to Graeme and the team for organising an awesome event again. Great work all
