You are warmly invited to celebrate the 60th anniversary of London’s Nenriki Dojo with a series of presentations, demonstrations and an Ono Ha Itto Ryu workshop.

Date - Saturday 13th June 2026
Venue - Ark Globe Academy, Harper Road, SE1 6AG

Presentation: Nenriki History Since 1966
Ono Ha Itto Ryu Demonstration
Lecture: Japanese Swordsmanship & Western Fencing

2:45pm - 6pm
Introduction to Ono Ha Itto Ryu and its application in shinai kendo

Note - If you are attending the workshop session and are a kendo practitioner, please feel free to bring shinai and bogu. Ono Ha bokken and onigote (reinforced gloves) will be provided to use on the day.

To all those who joined us last week on October 14 at this year's Lidstone Memorial Kyusha Taikai, Nenriki Kendo Club extend our heartfelt thanks. To all competitors who had fought with vigour and volunteer shinpans, senpais and senseis whose help and support we could not do without, the success of the taikai will not be possible if it were not for you. We are delighted to have many representatives from various clubs including Tora, ShinSei, Army, KCL, UCL, Taiseidokai, Doshinkenyukai, Kagami Shin, Shozankan, Mumeishi, Durham, Reading, Essex, York, Kyoshin, Strathclyde University as well as our very own at Nenriki. Congratulations to all the winners and we look forward to having you again in 2024!
