This is what a year of Krav Maga training and dedication looks like. 3-hour+ grading, 4 minute fight, tired, sweaty elation.
Congratulations to all our students who succeeded at our FEKM Krav Maga Sector UK national gradings yesterday. GREAT JOB! 👏🏼

👉 Richard Douieb explique cet engouement :

🌍 💥 “Why more and more women are practicing Krav Maga? ”🚺
An article from the news magazine Dis-Leur! offers several answers based on the principles explained by Richard Douieb, founder of our federation, and on the words of Anne-Gaëlle Barthe, our administrative manager, collected during an interview.
👉 As Anne-Gaëlle, 3rd darga black belt, reminds us, “more and more women have been choosing this self-defense method for 15 years”, especially because “it is a pragmatic sport. And there is no competition.” 💯
👉 Richard Douieb explains this rising interest:
“Krav maga is only self-defense. Why do more women choose Krav Maga over boxing or another martial sport? First of all, boxing is very good; This is also one of the essential parts of Krav Maga where you wear gloves to protect your hands, wrists and forearms.”
💯 But the difference is that all the actions that allow you to defend yourself against an attacker “are effective and simple in our sport”.🔥
Without restrictive rules, Krav Maga techniques are made for anyone who would like to learn how to defend themselves against any attacks: women, who are particularly exposed to physical violence, legitimately turn to our sport.🫸
Today, they represent around 25% of our FEKM licensees.

Having way too much fun at Krav training this morning 😂.
Great way to start the weekend 💪🏾💪🏽💪🏼
Every Saturday 10.00-11.30 West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre.
After months of grading focus, we had some fun at training on Monday night Dulwich College Sports Club. Defending ourselves in tight spaces and using environmental weapons in Krav Maga. In this case, a wall.
