The gym will be closed from 8am Thursday the 28th of April and reopen again 8am Saturday the 30th of April.
This is to allow us to safely carry out essential maintenance on the following;
1.) Boiler and Gas Service
2.) PAT Testing
3.) Air Handling / Air Conditioning Service
4.) Tank Chlorination
5.) High Level Ductwork Cleaning
6.) Decoration
During this time, your PIN will be transferred to our friendly neighbours !

Hold each of these 3 movements for 30 seconds to increase your flexibility:
•Achilles Stretch: Lunge foward and shift your body weight onto the ball of the front foot and apply pressure down onto the knee to feel the stretch behind the ankle, allow the heel to raise slightly above the ground to feel it stretch more ✅
•Hip Flexor Stretch: Lunge foward with the back leg extended behind you and slightly lean back until you feel the stretch in the front of the back leg✅
•Hamstring Stretch: Kneel down and place one leg straight ahead with the toes pointing up (use your hand if needed 👋) and tilt the torso back slightly to really feel the stretch ✅
