This month, we’re focusing on women’s health
We had our friends from in our Peckham studio this morning for Strong Mum to share details around their MUMMY MOT work and pre and post natal health. They’ll be in Clapham tomorrow at 10.30am, and then in London Bridge on Thursday. Book into your local Strong Mum class to be involved!
This Sunday, our local nutrition coach is delivering a health seminar based in women’s health after our 10am reformer class. Everyone is welcome to join for the 20 minute nutrion focused seminar at 11am
Food will be provided during the talk by another amazing woman running her own business .studio - delivering healthy and delicious treats to enjoy as we discuss how your nutrition impacts your health and performance.
We’re so excited to put the spotlight on the incredible women in our community. Looking forward to seeing you all in studio soon!

Another big month of events, including another classic Track Night at Battersea Park Millenium Track on Thursday 19th March at 6.30pm
For International Women’s Day, we are partnering with two of our favourite Peckham locals, Sonya and Aleks, for a nutrition seminar based in women’s health.
Sonya, who specialises in nutrition, will be hosting a wellness talk in our Peckham reformer studio from 11am, where she will be discussing:
- Female hormones
- How to eat for your cycle
- How to regulate blood sugar
- Avoiding energy crashes
Aleks, founder of Shared Space, will be providing handmade snacks for your to enjoy during the seminar.
Shared Space is a food experience studio blending community dining, private cheffing and thoughtfully curated table design. Rooted in seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, each gathering is created to nourish and bring people together.
For Milo, Aleks will be offering post-Reformer nourishment - seasonal bites designed to refuel the body after the movement.
To top it off, you’ll go home with goodie bags full to the brim with special treats - join us for reformer at 10am, talk at 11am. Limited spaces available, so be sure to book your space now to join us in studio next Sunday!

This March, we’re focussing on Women’s health, which is why we’ve invited Mummy MOT physio, Chloe from Bodyset, into our studios to help with any Strong Mum questions our mums might have.
Join Chloe Webb as she covers the following topics for pre/post natal women:
What Mummy MOT is (who it is recommended for, what assessment tools / outcome measures we are looking at)
Common women’s health issues postpartum
How Mummy MOT helps identify/treat these issues
