Last night was my final day at GU London.
To be honest, it was a mixture of emotions, and I’m still processing everything today.
When I look back, I don’t just see an academy. I see almost 20 years of memories, friendships, challenges, victories, and countless hours spent on the mats together. We built something very special, and I feel incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey.
To every student, instructor, friend, and supporter who walked through our doors over the years, thank you. You helped shape not only this team, but also the person I am today.
I truly feel that my mission in London has been completed. We built a strong team, produced champions, black belts, and a community that will always be part of my life.
Now a new chapter begins. My focus moves to Brighton, where the work continues and new memories are waiting to be created.
Thank you, London. Thank you, Gymbox, Thank you, Grand Union.
This is not goodbye. It’s simply the start of a new chapter.
