Congratulations to everyone who competed at this weekend’s London Youth Games.

As 2022 draws to a close, I’d like to thank all the parents, coaches and judokas who have supported the club over the last year.

24 July - Final children’s session
24 July to 28 August - Open mat for seniors every Saturday
4 September - Autumn term begins. Judo every Saturday and Tuesday for all

Summer 2021 - Senior Sessions

In line with guidance from the BJA, we are delighted to announce that Alexandra Park Judo Club will resume full contact judo for all seniors from Saturday 24 July. Initially outdoors but hopefully moving inside in August.

We have decided to adopt a cautious approach and until case numbers start falling in Haringey and surrounding boroughs, all participants will be required to provide a negative COVID test prior to every session. We have ordered a bucket load of lateral flow tests and you will be presented with one upon your arrival. Please don’t be offended when asked to take one.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the coaching staff.

What a great re-start to our outdoor sessions this morning!

Footwork drills, followed by morote seoi nage for the juniors. Static uchikomi followed by moving uchikomi drills for the seniors.
