We're taking a team to Nuclear Races Rush 6K and there's space for you! ๐
You really don't need to be a runner ๐ It's all about getting through the obstacles together as a team. Mud included.
If you've never done one before, perfect! It's the chance to challenge yourself a little and put all the gym training to use for some fun.

Thank you to all our members for the squats, support and energy this year, even at 6am ๐ช
And a huge thank you to our amazing coaching team for all the hard work. The gym only delivers what it does because of you ๐
Weโve got a few more sessions on Christmas Eve and some next week, then weโll be taking a short break. Normal service resumes on 5th Jan.
Thanks again for all the support in 2025. Canโt wait to get back to it next year and help even more people with their health and fitness.
