Hello Lovely People! As I am not teaching at the Blue Beetle Room this year I am free to teach private yoga sessions at your home from October 1st. I am free Thursdays 9am - 1pm and then from 5.30pm onwards. I know this is a limited window but I will keep you updated on any changes regarding availability and new venues in the future. Deep cleaning all my yoga equipment today - bolsters, eye-pillows and mats. Sadly this is the last week that I am teaching classes as I feel this is the safest thing to do at this time. So hopefully Wednesday classes will resume on April 29th and Thursday classes will resume on May 7th. In the meantime keep up a home practice, even if it’s 5 minutes here and there, be safe and look after yourselves 🙏🏻❤️
