Want to improve your physical and mental health & wellbeing?
Space is available on our exciting 16-week fighting fit programme which includes a mix of physical activity and enrichment of the mind through yoga and focus on nutrition.
These hour-long exercise and training sessions delivered Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays (11am-noon) include teaching on how to create meal plans, have better understanding of diet and healthy alternatives and work on mobility and mindfulness.

Take part in physical activity and recover from injury using the very popular slow-paced version of the beautiful game ‘walking football’.
Places are still available on our aiding recovery through walking football course at Mile End Stadium.
Sessions are suited for people generally over 50 or inactive who wish to take exercise in a fun filled, safe environment which encourages social cohesion.
It is particularly good for anyone returning from long term injury, although it is essential to get medical advice from your GP before participating.
The emphasis is on increasing physical and mental health & wellbeing through exercise and social engagement.

We're going live with Sharon for chair-based exercise for people with a low baseline level of fitness. The exercises can be done in a wheelchair, desk chair or any other suitable chair.
