Now’s the perfect time to try Boxing for the first time as no one will see you land that first jab. By the time we come out of⁣ lockdown, you’ll be landing punches like a pro!⁣

We kick-off at 8am on Saturday 9 May, so alert your cornerman, workout buddy, fit friends, and active pets who love⁣ interrupting your home workouts. What’s more, none of the classes require equipment!⁣
