Active360 We offer lessons, hires, courses, equipment sales and more on Londons waterways and beyond. SUP is the best watersport to do just that.

Are you looking for a new, fun and exciting sport and a fun way to get fit? Stand Up Paddleboarding is the fastest growing watersport worldwide. It is also one of easiest sports to learn at beginner level, but had lots of scope to keep developing new skills and techniques. Active360 have since 2011 been developing SUP in London and we have already introduced more than3,000 people to their first SUP experience. You don’t have to have any previous experience with water-sports to enjoy SUP. You don’t even need to be a strong swimmer as you will often stay dry, but buoyancy aids and wetsuits are provided just in case. SUP is a great activity whether in a group, with a family or solo.

A great weekend out on the water across our Active Tideway sessions. Rain, wind and a bit of Sun. Lots of new faces and a few familiar.

If you have attended sessions or you have previous experience (just not on the Tideway) then come and join on of our Paddle Up Tideway progression sessions.

These sessions will skip the intro to paddling and focus on Tideway safety and navigation and working on paddle technique and confidence.

Tuesday nights are for the river 🌊

Every Tuesday at 6.30pm, we head out from Kew for our weekly Active 360 Club Night. All abilities are welcome.

Last night gave us cooler temperatures, cloudy skies and a fair bit of wind. It made for a great workout, followed by a very well deserved snack break.

There’s something pretty special about spending a summer evening out on the water.

Thanks to everyone who joined us. Can’t wait to do it all again next Tuesday 💙
