Going all in on your life is never easy, but it’s 100% worth it. Every single time.

Photos from Rawinia Judson's post 16/09/2025

I know what it’s like to experience intrusive thoughts and big emotions to the point it leaves you paralysed.

I spent over ten years of my life in and out of depressive episodes, choosing behaviours that didn’t help me like scrolling, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, overeating, exercising aggressively and sleeping with people.

Now? Despite the unhelpful thoughts I think (which are fewer and far between), I take intentional and aligned action towards my goals, and in alignment with the woman I am and am becoming.

And this is what we do when we work together:

→ We focus on what you do want for your life — your values, what’s important to you and where you see yourself in the future.

→ We let our feelings in and learn how to sit with them, feel them and accept them instead of trying to force them to go away.

→ We focus on who you are and who you’re becoming. Your character, the actions you take and the behaviours you desire to cultivate.

→ We focus on YOU. Your health, your well-being and ensuring your body, mind and soul are taken care of through sleep, good food, exercise, time in nature etc so you have more energy and clarity.

→ We cultivate loving reciprocal relationships that bring us joy and make us light up from the inside out. People who see us, value us and speak life into us.

You don’t have to get rid of every unhelpful thought to experience love, joy and peace.

In fact, a big part of the human experience is learning how to accept them, and be with them — regardless.

You don’t have to do it alone.

You can do it alongside someone who has walked the path before, understands the science behind behaviour change and who has your best interests at heart.

If you’re curious about working with me I am enrolling 5 people to partner with me before the end of the year. Once these spaces are full I won’t be enrolling 1-1 clients until February next year.

DM me COACHING if you’re interested in jumping on a complimentary 15min call to discuss what partnering together could look like for the next six months.

Touch down to my latest destination, and so much of my life the last 12 months has not gone to plan.

When I think about old versions of me, and how I would have handled things — I wouldn’t have.

I would have spiralled, completely lost the plot, and given up on myself, but here I am in a new country, continuing to try and continuing to show up for myself even through the hard.

I’ve been showing up for my clients and future clients by completing my study for The Midas Coach and remember the last time I went through this much adversity I failed multiple papers at University which then led me to fear learning as an adult for many years. I enrolled and didn’t complete a Personal Training Qualification in 2020 because of this fear of failing (again).

I’m proud of how I am handling this season, and even more excited for what’s to come.

This is why I’m a big advocate for living and breathing the work I do, and it’s not just something I do when I feel like it. It’s a daily choice and commitment to me, and my why.

You will experience hard things and adversity when you have big dreams.

It’s part of the human experience.

You can either let it become part of your reason why you don’t, or you can learn how to overcome your fears, failures and judgements and show up anyway, because we only have this one life, and you get to experience what you want to choose, if you have the courage to say yes.

I’m forever thankful for the people, my team, and for Jesus who are there for me through the highs and the lows.

For me, this is my reason to live. It is to love with my all, and to be loved ruthlessly by the people who see you as a bright and shiny light.

That is what makes life worth living.

If you’re curious about how you can work with me, I have space for only 5 more 1-1 partnerships before the end of the year.

I’d love to work with you and walk with you as you round out the year with intention and purpose for what you’re choosing and why. Send me a DM if you’re curious about what partnering with me could look like. It’s a no pressure, obligation free space.

I didn’t think things could change.

For years I kept choosing people, places and things that keep validating my current experience and self concept, “I wasn’t worthy.”

And because I valued connection, it meant I did things to earn that love and approval I so desperately needed, but at the expense of myself.

I let my perfectionist, high-achieving and people pleasing identities put other peoples needs ahead of my own AND took far less risks towards my goals because these identities wanted to keep me safe from harm.

The gap between where I was and where I wanted to be felt too big to tackle, and I didn’t know where to start, or even how to change who I was, and my reality.

So I kept choosing behaviours consistent with my belief, instead of choosing the behaviours consistent with who I was becoming.

Now there is a peace in my heart that few people can explain, and I know and understand deep within my bones, I am worthy, I am loved and I am chosen.

It took me making a commitment, and a reason why that was so strong, that even when I felt like giving up, I kept going, even if all I could manage on the harder days was to get up, go for a walk, and do one needle moving task.

Small sustainable changes over time is what leads to your becoming.

It’s not big overnight shifts, that happen with a bang.

It’s the choices you make daily towards your dream life, the actions you take, the moments where you choose something different over what’s easy, and the ultimate commitment to never give up on yourself and what you believe in.

This is the life I live, every single day. And this is the life I help my clients to choose, and continue to keep choosing so they can be their best and brightest selves — in every area of your life.

Because you deserve, and you’re worth it.

Your life is worth living, with your all.

PS. If you’re ready to make a change, and finally feel ‘enough’ in your work, your relationships, or your purpose, I’m enrolling to work with me. I have five spaces available for the woman leader, entrepreneur or creative who deeply desires the momentum and support to end the year focused on ‘her.’ DM me COACHING for more info.

Do you know when to show up, and when your body is asking you to rest?

It's something I'm often asked by people, as someone who has burned out three times before, and at the same time, I've held myself back out of fear of it happening again (IYKYK).

The part of me who wants to show up is the part of me who knows what's possible, but at the same time thinks, “If you don't show up, you'll fail.”

Can you relate?

That little voice inside your mind that tells you that if you rest, you'll never succeed, or, on the flip side, if you show up and push yourself a little bit harder, you'll end up sick again.

Our brain is wired to keep us safe. That's its only job, and so learning to determine the difference between what is a very real threat to our safety, and what is a learned response requires us to develop our self-awareness and pay attention to the outcomes and results that disprove what our mind is telling us.

This is why, when my clients work with me, I challenge them.

I ask them if their experience is true and grounded in reality, or if it's a perspective designed to keep them safe.

Now there's nothing wrong with choosing what's safe, but if you have big dreams, it requires us to take risks, be bold, and show up consistently for the promise God has placed on our heart (and yes, sometimes that includes rest).

If you're letting your fear get in the way of taking bold action, consider the following questions:

1. What evidence supports this thought? What evidence might not support it?
2. Is this thought a fact, or is it an interpretation?
3. What's another way of looking at this situation?
4. If you zoomed out and looked at this from a year in the future, how might you see it differently?
5. If you acted as if the opposite of this thought were true, what would you do differently?
6. How can you move in the direction of your values, regardless of whether this thought is here?

Did you know that you can choose your behaviours regardless of what you're thinking, especially when you have a deeper reason why?

And that’s exactly what I help my clients do: release fear, build unshakable trust in who you are, and take bold, aligned action in the direction of your dreams.

Together, we'll:
> Clear the noise → Identify the fear voice + rewire your inner dialogue.
> Build grounded confidence → Anchor in self-trust and courageous action.
> Take bold, aligned action → Create momentum toward your goals (career, business, relationships).
> Sustain it → Learn how to stop sabotage and keep showing up, even when fear returns.

By the end of our time together, you’ll:
> Feel confident in who you are (no more hiding).
> Trust yourself to make decisions (and stop overthinking).
> Take action without fear, running the show.
> Finally feel “enough” — as a woman, leader, mum, coach, or business owner.

I only take on five private clients at a time, and once these spaces are full, I won't be enrolling to work with me again until February next year.

So many of us let our fears get in the way of what we want, and so instead of going after it will full vigour and desire, we hold ourselves back.

But what if this year you decided something different.

You said “no more.”

You said “not today.”

You said to yourself, “I’m worthy and deserving of a full and glorious life” and you decided to go after it.

That’s what we do together.

Our time together is about focusing on your dreams, your deepest desires, and what you really want, outside of all the ‘should’s.’

Whether you’re in business, or a leader, or you’re a mother who wants to focus more on her than the kids, our time together is life-alternating and transformative, you can’t help but look back and say to yourself, “wow I’m proud.”

I know some of you are sitting and waiting, when what you need to do? Is take action.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about success, is fortune favours the brave.

It’s not about hustle, or working around the clock…

But it is about taking intentional steps forward to the life of your dreams.

Be it a successful business.
Be it an award.
Be it standing on stage.

Whatever your dream, it’s possible.

With the right conditions.
The right support.
The right level of commitment and persistence.

Because it’s not about the end outcome. It’s about who you become in the process.

Someone who is brave.
Someone who is willing.
Someone who is willing to do the work of the few, 99% of the world will never choose.

So what will you choose?

Galatians 6:9: And let us not grow weary or doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Taking care of yourself is not a one-size fits all approach. It requires looking at your life from every angle.

It requires discernment, awareness and accountability.

Because taking care of yourself is not just a nice to have. It’s a need to have as a woman, a leader or an entrepreneur.

I used to think I wasn’t worthy.

I was terrified of not being good enough and so I chased things that I thought would make me look ‘cool’ to try and impress people.

The photo on the left, I lost my wallet, blacked out from drinking and doing too many drugs from 10pm to 5am (but was still conscious), and was in a city I didn’t live. It was my norm and for a long time, what I thought was fun.

But deep down I was hurting and trying to chase something that God could only fill.

I’m not completely sober, but you’d almost guess I am.

I rarely drink, prefer nights in to nights out, and would rather spend my time pursuing meaningful things such as working on my business, spending time with God or the people I love, and spending time outdoors.

For some, my life might look boring — but it’s peaceful.

And I’ll never trade the peace and joy I get to experience by living a life that honours God.

Romans 12:2 NIV

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will.

You don’t have to suffer alone.

You can change because you are already worthy.

It’s coming up an entire year since I left New Zealand.

I never wanted to leave New Zealand but God had other plans for me.

I’ve learnt more about myself the last 12 months than I have the last six years combined.

Being on your own in another country teaches you something.

How to build community.

How to rely on your friends.

How to trust in God more than yourself.

I’ve built relationships and connections that I never thought I’d encounter.

I’ve walked away from people, opportunities and situations that on the outside have looked good, but were rotten on the inside.

I’ve become more of the woman I already knew I was.

But she’s more grounded.

Sure of herself.

And I’m thankful.

If there’s one thing I value it’s growth.

And the last 12 months have stretched me, taught me valuable lessons and developed my character in ways I could never have done had I not embarked on this journey.

T-minus 12 days and I land in next country that I’ll call home.

But for how long.

Who knows.

Can you guess where I’m headed?

Every action has a consequence, and you can either let it consume you or learn how to move on from it.

I've made a sh*t ton of mistakes in my lifetime (yes, it's a real measurement), and for a long time, I made it mean more than what it was.

I made it mean I was bad.

Not that the action was a poor decision.

Or that I'd made a mistake.

And when you wear your mistakes like weights, over time, those mistakes become too burdensome to bear.

You become crushed under the weight of it all.

And well, life becomes hard.

But when you can see the truth?

You made a mistake.
You tried your best (maybe you didn't try your best).
But more importantly, you want to change.

That's when your past no longer becomes this weight you're constantly carrying into your future, but rather a part of your story and a line in the book of life.

Because here's the thing...

Sometimes we're too hard on ourselves.
Sometimes we're not hard enough.

Other times, we just need someone to reassure us and say, "Yeah, that was a d*ck move, but I know you didn't intend it to be that way, and I know you're trying. Try again."

Because you aren't your past.

You're who you're becoming.
