September 2025: A very proud moment for Central Wing Chun as Arnaud, Adrian and Garry's hard work, effort and dedication was formally recognised as they became instructors.
A heart felt congratulations to each of them as they were not given this recognition, they earned it! CWC family. 👏👏👏

The study of martial arts is a type of deep training, and personal development. Students learn fighting tools, but ultimately, they are developing tools to end conflict, both from the outside, and from within.
Over time, the repetitions you give energy to will bring about change in your mind and body. And when these changes are further reinforced, new habits will be formed. It becomes natural!
Enjoy your journey, and if you haven't done so already, please follow us (central wing Chun) so you can become a part of community.
