I haven't tweaked my nutrition programme and I am not testing a new programme design system, but i am looking for 5 people to help me build my new Personal Training Business down in Chichester. I am looking for 5 motivated people with at least 10 pounds to lose who are able to train at least 2 times a week for 4 weeks, on either Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They will have to supply before and after photos, follow the diet and complete at least 8 workouts in 4 weeks. There is no charge for this, but I will be asking for some help in return. So if you are keen, or know someone who is, please get them in contact.
