1 REP MAX DEADLIFTS 200kg!! 😎
First time I done this I looked like I was about to die 😂. Came back more confident, yeah it’s still only one rep but this time I had a smile the whole way. Not quite ready for 2 reps yet.
Putting this post up to set the bar of how much effort you should be putting into the gym. Never do 8 or 12 comfortable reps till you feel a slight burn. Make sure you only JUST make it to your desired number.
That’s when the gains really make an appearance :)

Always start your work out with heavy compound exercises (multiple joints moving). Not only do you use more muscles but also most compound movements target a large muscle group.
So weather your bulking or trying to get lean for summer this is what you want to be doing.
Super setting (2 exercises back to back) works wonders when it comes to shredding those muscle fibres and burning as many calories as possible.
Reverse grip rows, 120kg 10reps
Dumbbell rhomboid rows 16kg 12reps
Strap up when using big boy weights ;)
