Do you get to a certain day each week where you feel far less motivated to train? Mine is Friday, the end of the week. Most focused on what’s to come over the weekend 🤩

How do I personally overcome this? Easy, I choose this day as my rest day. No guilt, no stress, look forward to catching up over the weekend instead.
