Following on from last week — this is Ashwin.

One of the busiest schedules we see.
Travel, long hours, constant pressure.

But none of that changes his standards.

He trains when he’s in London.
And when he’s not, he follows the plan exactly as set.

No stop-start.
No “back to square one.”

That’s the difference.

This is what can happen when you drop the excuses and do the work.

is one of the hardest workers we’ve been lucky enough to have at The Cut.

He has excellent in-session skills and understands exactly when to push and when to pull back, making sure every session has purpose.

Ashwin has one of the toughest work schedules out there, but that’s never an excuse. He shows up with a great attitude, ready to work.

Who is the typical client at The Cut?

• 65% Lawyers
• 20% Financial Services
• 15% Everything else

They all have one thing in common:

Busy, high-pressure jobs.

Most are working long hours.
Many have young children at home.
Very few have a perfectly structured routine.

A typical month looks like this:

• 8–10 personal training sessions with us
• Some additional cardio done independently
• Lunch bought on the go (Pret, Itsu, M&S etc.)

In fact, less than 10% cook and prep their own meals consistently.

So no — our clients aren’t living a “perfect” fitness lifestyle.

They’re not meal prepping every Sunday for the week ahead. They’re not training twice a day.

They’re simply busy professionals doing what they can, consistently.

No one has a perfect diary.

But the people who get results don’t wait for perfect conditions.

They just get it done

Not always the most talented.
