MOTIVATION SUNDAY!
No long ago before Covid, I was ready to prep for a competition.
🙈🙈🙈
The posing wasn't there at all, and the faces....well not need a caption. 🤣🤣🤣
However this I think was probably the best body comp to date, with no lighting and tan looking pretty good.



As you all know is now time to get back to it...not sure about competing, but the body will be back to that condition in no time!
Summer is here!

Each of us is different, what works for me may not work for you!


Years and years of studies give me the experience and knowledge to help people find their own strategies to thrive.

We are all similar and so different...our genes are the same for 99.8% but the 0.2% completely differ from one and another and makes you.


Some people has different gene variations which may make them more or less susceptable to certain foods and compounds, or different macros may give different or better results then others in helping them to achieve their goals.

For example if you are fast metaboliser caffeine do not affect you significantly and it may be beneficial, however, if you are slow metabolizers, caffeine can be deleterious and more then 200mg of caffeine a day can increase your risk of chronic diseases.


DO NOT PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE ELSE AND DO THE SAME DIET AS YOUR NEIGHBOURS...EMPOWER YOURSELF, LEARN MORE ABOUT YOU.
