Please forgive me a little moment of self promotion 🙏 if you live near me in Winchmore Hill or Enfield please have a look at my adult class timetable. I would be honoured to guide you in your practice ❤️ My aim is for you to leave every class with a smile on your face and self love in your heart ❤️

I think most of you know that I don’t just teach adults- in fact I teach a lot more children’s yoga than any other classes- I’ve been teaching children’s yoga for almost 16 years now- it has added so much heartfelt love and happiness to my life. Today in one of my wonderful regular nurseries where I teach yoga in every room to every child every week- one little boy Ben ( 4)was asked to describe me- he said “ yogi is a girl- she does calm energy and exciting energy” I actually couldn’t have put it better myself!
It says so much about a nursery that provides extra curricular activities- especially yoga to each child ❤️ I get to plant the seeds of self love and body confidence whilst playing in a meaningful way. I just love my job x I’m so lucky ❤️ ❤️

February half term at my house- ( self) love is in the air! ❤️

One of the joys of getting older for me is noticing how far I have developed as a person- obstacles overcome and demons banished- I had that kind of day yesterday- I scuba dived for hours- jumped of a boat into the sea- swam through a 100 meter pitch black cave- all things I have tried to do and been unable to do before. I know they are only tiny things in the huge scheme of things but I still feel immensely proud of myself for doing all the yoga, breathwork, digging deep and self reflection that has helped me to do things I was scared of before. From being terrified of the sea to happily having my head submerged for hours! I actually can’t believe it was me!!! Before I went to bed my daughters told me they were proud of me ❤️ I feel like I’m winning at life today! It’s all coming together!! The moral is just keep going isn’t it! Keep leaning in x

Our chair based yoga class just became a little bit more Christmassy! 🎄🎄🎄 Thank you Dai for all of our brilliant yoga classes this year, and for keeping us feeling healthy in both mind, body and spirit. The perfect way to start our day, Chair, based yoga with Dai. Dai always makes everyone feel comfortable and included, with stretches and exercises to suit everyone. This session focused on strengthening our legs and ankles, to keep residents feeling strong and confident in movement. We always appreciate Dai’s big smiles, warmth and encouragement.
