Looking forward to refocusing training towards competing again next year, taken me a while to get the fire back after Elfit.
Having a lack of motivation after competing is completely normal.
You have this big build up of stress and anxiety, a massive dump of adrenaline..
And then boom, it's done and you're wondering what's next.
Combined with a weird period at work, training just hasn't been 100%.
But, this week being back in a solid routine and getting good workouts in I feel more like myself again.
Ready to endure, even if its worm workout..

With all of our athletes during consultation we discuss their big goals and aim to focus on them.
These are a couple of snapshots of athletes first 90 days.
