July belongs to the boys in my family. The little man turned 2 on the 2nd and I hit another milestone the big 4-0 on the 7th.

This particular workout is a Full Body Workout, total time of 20 minutes. The format is 40 seconds of Work followed by a 20 second Recovery. 8 exercises over two rounds.
Expect an intense workout targeting all the major muscle groups, a routine that you can do without equipment.
