My name is Rui De Sousa I was born in Lisbon, Portugal. I grew up practicing many different sports, when I was introduced to Capoeira (Martial art) at the age of seven I immediately fell in love with it. I am am still practicing Capoeira which is one of the strongest sources of my inspiration, it led to my desire to help and inspire others live a healthier lifestyle.

I am certified personal trainer that specialize in enhancing sport performance in athletes and amateur performers. I also help people achieve personal goals such as weight loss, increase muscle strength and flexibility & mobility.
