I highly recommend a girls trip to London and Paris with your Mom, Sister or Best Friend. 🤍🫶🏽
I promise you will not regret it!
Highlights ✨
-being a tourist is my fav and I don’t care who knows it haha
-our 1st day exploring included Westminster Abbey and SOOO many quant pubs (not pictured but just know there were many 🙃)
-morning stroll to a 6am spin session which I LOVE and wish were in America
-Londons amazing vegan food scene makes me love that place even more 🙏🏽 (pictured here is my fully vegan English breakfast and it was a 10 out of 10)
-St. James Park is breathtaking 🤍
-few more of St. James Park because it deserves to be highlighted… it’s also where we met up for the Changing of the Guard
-WHEN you visit London (cause add it to the list now), you have to book the Afternoon Tea Bus Ride + Tour of London, it might have been our favorite thing we did, thank you
-we also strolled the same streets as Jack the Ripper and that was quite the walking tour 🥺
-train ride to PARIS, it was comfy and the cafe served the most amazing falafel sandwich lol
-alright I’ve stay at 30 different (from Tokyo to Mexico and everywhere in between) and this PARIS one tops the list, I mean just look at that view!
-Palace of Versailles was incredible, but also explains why the French started so many revolutions 👀
-the cutest cafe with a view of the Eiffel Tower
-if you haven’t read up about the Catacombs of Paris, get on it, so crazy and spooky
-booked a walking tour to explore as much of Paris as possible, the highlights included: Notre Dame, the Louvre and Montmartre neighborhood
-wait, our wine tasting in a cave might have been my FAV, it was relaxing and the wine was amazing
-lastly, our Eiffel Tower visit 🤍 we booked a ride via elevator all the way to the top and it was worth it

I’m about to share the biggest & most impactful mindset shift I had 7+ years ago when I started my health & wellness journey…
“Sarah if it took you 10+ years to get to where you’re at (225 lbs at the age 32) then you’re going to keep on going even if it takes you ANOTHER 10 years to achieve your health & wellness goals”
***a real conversation I had with myself every time I wanted to give up
Listen friend, I get it’s hard. I’ve been through all of it and in these trenches now for a very long time and still to this day I remind myself of how important any/all progress is AND I celebrate it. 🤍
🌻Every time I choose nourishing foods over crap, I celebrate.
🌻Every time I hit play on my workout instead of bing watching TV, I celebrate.
🌻Every time I chug my superfoods instead of taking a pill, I celebrate.
Now tell me- What do you celebrate friend? And did you need this reminder? 🤟🏽

I remember this like it was yesterday.
I had just started my health & wellness journey, I was only 2 weeks in and already crying on my husband’s shoulder telling him “there’s no way I can do this forever”
Because it was TOO hard. 😓
Sad things is this happens to most people. We think at some point it gets easy, right? Cause I mean, look at that girl over there just crushing it and making it look so easy?!
But the truth is is not easy for anyone. It’s actually incredibly hard but want to know what’s so beautiful? YOU get stronger AND that hard work that use to make you want to quit will push you to work harder & achieve more. So please, promise me you won’t quit on yourself before the magic happens. 🤍

1 FULL week of focusing on my gut health & making better choices. 🌿
Things I’ve lost…
2 lbs 5 inches 🙌🏽
BUT what’s better are the things I’ve gained…
Less bloating
Less sugar cravings
More energy
Craving fruits & veggies
Not turning to wine when I’m stressed 🙈
And I’m excited to prep because I know what to prep (ya know?! 😅)
I just started week 2 and I already feel like a different, more intentional, “I am grateful for this body, thank you JESUS” kinda person.🙏🏽
Can’t wait to see what other changes are to come!
And I’m so obsessed, I’m starting another group on May 2nd. So if you didn’t make it in this round, it’s not too late.
