Ever feel like you've been training consistently, but you're not seeing the changes you want?

Chest on Monday, anyone?

Those were the days.
Thankfully, I've come on a bit as a coach and now know Chest Mondays and Leg Tuesdays (although that was skipped quite a bit...) are not the best way to build muscle.
You'll get better results if you train full-body or split your training into upper or lower.
There are a bunch of other mistakes I've made.
In fact...
There is a list the size of my arm!
But that's all part of becoming a better coach and trainer, right?
