In 2019 Heart of Scotland BC competed at the Head of the River for the first time finishing a credible 118th.
In 2022 it is hoped that HoSBC can make a return to the Tideway and this time with representation in both the WeHORR and HORR.
WeHORR Saturday 12th March
Head of River Race Saturday 26th March
Vets Head Sunday 27th March
If you are interested in taking part please complete the following online form by Friday 4th February
Those wishing to take part do not need to be currently actively rowing but should have a reasonable level of fitness. It would not be intended that the crews would not train before the race weekend, so there is no significant commitment in terms of time. Depending on the numbers we will look at entering multiple crew or entering the Vets Head where appropriate.
Completing the form at this stage will not commit you to anything at this stage.
As is customary for the Tideway Heads the weekend the weekend would also comprise a social element.(!)

We might not have had any athletes on the Scotland Rowing Team, but there was plenty of Heart of Scotland representation at this year's Home International Regatta.
Graeme and Lee leading the team to a massive haul of three of the four team trophies, with Heather, H**e (prizegiving) and Adam (match director) putting in a huge shift behind the scenes, raising the bar for HIR next year.
