💥 FIRST OFFICIAL MEN’S SOLO HYROX 💥

What a weekend it was…
London ExCeL was absolutely electric ⚡️

Back in June, I bought the tickets.
By September, I’d pushed through my first simulation.
And on Saturday at 1pm, I stepped up to the mark and gave it everything I had.

Looking back at the results, it’s crazy to see that I was able to hold a rough 3:30/km pace on wobbly legs 🤯💨

And yep… the 100 wall balls did what they do best right at the very end 🥲
But I kept pushing, racing my own race, and crossed that finish line knowing I left nothing behind.

Nothing quite prepares you for the level of fatigue on race day — which explains why my legs are now officially apple-crumble 😂🍏

A massive thank you to Kate and Hayley for the support when the going got tough, and to all my clients & members who wished me luck for the big day 🙏

So now the real question is…

What challenge is next on the horizon? 👀

First ever Hyrox Men’s Solo Simulation ✅

Last weekend, I decided to dive headfirst into my first Hyrox simulation 🫡

After securing a ticket for my first official Hyrox Solo Race in December (London Baby 🇬🇧), I was notified of an upcoming event at Winners 2000 Gym in Newton Abbot. I figured this would be the perfect chance not only to test my strength and cardiovascular durability, but also to see how I handled the pressure of a real event 🏁

Most of the crazy ideas I’ve gone through with have been last-minute and usually done solo 😂

Walking into a brand new gym, with barely any idea of how the racecourse was set was a little daunting, but once the clock hit 9:42 ⏱️, the nerves disappeared. From there, it was all about focusing on the next station, the next breath, and avoiding a dreaded stitch😮‍💨

After Finishing the final 100 wall balls and crossing the line at 1:16 🎉 it reminded me heavily that spontaneousness and diving into deep waters is a recipe for self growth ‼️

Also though a real reminder that preparation pays off — even when you step into something new on your own 🙋‍♂️

✨TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY✨

Meet Alan 🙋‍♂️ a Father 👴 Construction Worker 🚆 & Newly Appointed Spin Class Lover 😂🚴‍♂️

Roughly 10 months ago Alan came to me with just two goals…

1️⃣ Lose weight
2️⃣ Feel Great

Alan started on the scales at 16st 3lbs (103kg) & now weighs ➡️ 13st 0lbs (82.5kg) that is a whopping 20.5kg different‼️

In just 10 months, Alan has completely turned his life around! 🙌

As a busy father 👨‍👧‍👦 he decided to make his health a priority — not just for himself, but for his kids too ❤️ Through resistance training 🏋️‍♂️ countless spin classes 🚴‍♂️, and adopting a more high protein diet approach he has built consistency, strength, and discipline.

Now, exercise isn’t a chore — it’s a lifestyle. 
His energy is higher, his health is better, and he’s setting an incredible example for his children 👏

Huge respect to Alan for proving what can be achieved in just one year 🙏

✨ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ✨

Meet Kim 🙌 – a Teacher 📚, Mum 👩 and an incredible inspiration to others!

12 months ago Kim decided it was time for a change❗️After struggling with weight gain & loss throughout most of her adult life she decided to invest in me as her Personal Trainer. She started her weight loss and fitness journey with me at 20st 11lbs (132kg) and committed herself to:

💪 Resistance training
🏃‍♀️ Regular cardio
🥗 A Slimming World food approach
( She is also a slimming World Consultant )

Fast forward to TODAY… Kim weighs 14st 8lbs(92.5kg) that’s almost 40kg GONE!! 🎉

But it’s not just about the number on the scales or how she looks, Kim is now:

💃 Healthier
🙂 Happier 
🥦 Building sustainable habits for future

She’s done this not just for herself, but also for her family and her daughter 💕 – showing that with dedication, balance, and consistency, ANYTHING is possible!
