He is our youngest boxers and one to watch out for 😎

It was a very tough first bout , as the home boxer was very tough and had great support 🙌

It was a nice 2 hour drive down to Portsmouth with shakai and his brother and the puppies 😎

Lovely mid week get away with coach Raf and the puppies 😎

No better place to clear your head than go to the mountains and be in nature to get a good reset 😎

Mental health and well being: Walking may be more powerful than we realise. It helps us cope at work by helping de-stress amongst nature, it ‘heals’ our brains, helps us concentrate, makes us more creative and can help treat depression.

Unlucky to shacks who lost on a close bout in the London developments on Saturday afternoon🤓

Big thanks to coach and the rest of the Tully team for giving up there Saturday to support shacks 🙏❤️

I left from home at 7am to pick up Damien and got home at 730pm so it was a long day but at least I could take the dogs with us in the van 😎

Boxing season has started and looking forward to getting a few guys out this season 👌

It’s great to see so many young talents in the club on a Friday night ‘ when they could be at home watching s**t in Tv or hanging around the streets with there mates 🙈
