🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ STRONGER TOGETHER ⚽️

Last week, Proud Baggies joined LGBTQ+ supporter groups from across the country at The City Ground, Nottingham, for The FSA’s The Forum: Stronger Together.

From discussions on the state of LGBTQ+ supporter experiences across the UK and beyond, to workshops with Kick It Out, Pride in Football, Proud Forest and The Football Supporters’ Association, it was a brilliant opportunity to share ideas, learn from one another and talk about how we can continue to make football a place where everyone belongs.

There was also a stadium tour, a huge pitchside flag display and, perhaps most importantly, the chance to reconnect with fellow LGBTQ+ supporters groups and volunteers and meet so many new faces and groups from across the UK.

Seven years since the last national Pride in Football gathering, it was a powerful reminder that we are stronger when we stand together.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the event happen — and to all the groups continuing to make a difference in their own clubs and communities.

Football is for everyone.
