A little glimpse of todays Front Squat focused session 🦡🦡

Key focus it to encourage correct alignment with ankle, knee & hip when performing this exercise, not to mention clean bracing technique to keep that chest high πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Back on the Deadlifts, was a bit cheeky and got suckered into Strength training, nice to know ive still got it in me πŸ˜…

Managed to squeeze out 165kg for 4 before my de conditioned grips gave out 😭 Back and core felt very strong, so i take solus in that fact πŸ’ͺ

Its not about the number you lift its about how you lift it and how it felt πŸ™πŸ’―

Kicking off my 10 week S&C with Vertical Press - Power Strength πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

The key to this breakdown is to try and trigger fast twitch muscle fibres while keeping the intensity just high enough to encourage a strength based outcome, so volume is very important, but its not easy πŸ₯΅πŸ₯΅
