If I was so start strength training for running:

These are the exercises I would use to get started:

1. Bulgarian split squat
2. Sl RDL
3. Copenhagen planks
4. Bent knee calf raise
5. Straight leg calf raises
6. Tib raises
7. Low level plyos
8. Glute med
9. Cossack squat

What I eat in a day to fuel performance and aesthetics:

This is by far one of my most asked questions.

And whilst it won’t apply to most of you as you don’t train like me maybe it could be helpful for some of you.

I don’t track anymore calories. I did for years. And now I have a rough idea of how many calories are in most things I eat. I know this is roughly maintenance for me as I am not currently gaining or loosing weight. Which is exactly where I want to be right now.

I would say however if your number one goal is weight loss tracking calories is non negotiable. Stop waisting your time guessing and committing to the tracking even if it’s just for a couple of months so you gain an understanding.

I just try to opt for high protein nutrient dense meals and this is just what is currently working for me.

All my supplements from as always. Code KHB for the biggest discounts.

Mainly using the fundamental as it has creatine etc in it and electrolytes when I feel like I’m sweating a lot. I also use the NRGY gels for long runs/ longer conditioning.
