I never really thought of myself as a girl's girl. It always seemed like too much hard work. I realise now it's because they need us to believe women are our competition because when they become our sisters, we are a force to be reckoned with.

And whilst I work mostly alongside men (and I'm lucky enough to have met some gems asking the way!), it's the relationships with my girlfriends that I cherish.

My yoga practice has been pivotal in collecting so many more of these sacred relationships and understanding how powerful the feminine is and allowing myself to let go of the fighting to be in the masculine all the time.

My soul sisters. I can't imagine my life without any of you!

I have forced myself to put this picture up, despite the fact that it was second nature for me to automatically select the second picture because my pants aren't diging in my belly like they are in the first one and I don't think I look as fat.

The reality is, I'd just spent 90 minutes, in a beautiful shala in Uluwatu with my gorgeous friend , being taught a lush yoga class by the goddess that is and here I am now, posting this a year later, worried about a fu***ng tummy roll in a picture.

I'm trying to be kinder to myself every day. Because no-one else would have even thought twice about my belly in that picture 🙄

T E A C H I N G Y O G A

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know, that whilst I had the opportunity to go back to teaching in the studio in August, just for a few more weeks, I have decided to keep it online.

It was a decision I was really torn about, but I had to consider all the factors and for right now it just didn't seem to make sense, logistically, financially or emotionally.

I'm so grateful to everyone who shows up to practice with me online, I know it's a very different experience than in person but you being there with me really means the world to me.

I'm also working on a little project that I'm hoping to launch in September, so keep your eyes peeled for that! 😬
