✨ Doesn't Matter Where You Start From! Just Start✨

Pg2.
🤷🏻‍♂️ Seeing as me legs aren't an obvious strong point of mine having them both broken, I found it strange I became motivated to try a challenge of 100 squats every day for 1 month. You can do any type of squat, with any weight, at any tempo with any rest. It just has to be done at 5 x 20 reps in one workout.

🙏🏻 The challenge won't be doing the 100 squats, it's doing it consecutively for the month without running out of steam or worse, getting injured. This would be a marathon, not a sprint.

🤓 Because of my limited range of movement I decided to perform Box Squats to safe gard jarring my knee. This also helps keep my hips aligned. I wanted to work TECHNIQUE more than just pushing myself. I'd prefer not to get injured again!

Pg1.
🦵🏼 Now that's over, it's time to move on. I think I'll go back to it maybe next month, so for this one I'll focus on much lower reps meaning a higher work load. Build some strength (because it's good for us) and see where this takes me.

🥇So far, this is my best since after the accident at 75kg for 2. I weigh 75kg so I'm happy that's my starting point and most importantly, the knee felt good.

⁉️ Why not give it a go? If a man with two broken legs, and limited range of movement can do it, you can🫵🏼 Start easy and keep it safe.

✨Helping Is So Rewarding✨

🤓 After the Mental Health talk I delivered to Sucdens Financial, I offered free 1:1 consultations to those that attended to help weave nutrition, exercise, and breathing into a plan that works for them.

🙏🏻 Having this extra touch allowed for that Personal approach so things aren't to daunting for those wanting to help themselves.

🤗 Delighted to get this feedback after a consultation: -
‘Brian, I’m absolutely buzzing with motivation—thank you!’

🥰 This is why I do what I do. It's such a great reward in helping give someone the tools to better themselves, to show them there is light at the end and all they need to do is ask.

🙌🏼 Fancy a chat to create a tailored approach for your mental wellbeing? Drop me a DM, and let’s have a cuppa to get started.

✨ It's the Challenge That Sets The Reward for Mental Health Improvements ✨

🤗 For anyone that knows me (sorry😆), you know I love to talk about the thing I have a passion for.... and then a bit more.

🤔 So when I got asked by SUCDENS FINANCIAL to provide a 1hr talk about Mental Health and the role that Nutrition, Exercise and Breathing has on our mental health/state I instantly became Excitably Nervous.

🫣 I didn't want to do it out of fear (mental health issues), yet got incredibly excited and motivated because I LOVE what I do and helping others better themselves.

💪🏻 I changed the feeling of fear to one total excitement as the hormonal response is practically the same. Only my outlook changed the thought process.

🤷🏻‍♂️ We all know what to do 1) Sleep enough 2) Eat well 3) Exercise 4) Breath Efficiently 4) Think with Compassion blah blah blah..
😩 But it just doesn't seem to work. So what gives?!?!

😜 Me being me, I had to be different. So it's not a talk about what to eat and what to do because we already know this. This was about the science of WHY doing these things helps or hinders.

🙄 Most people don't want to be told want to do, they want to know why, and then they'll do it themselves.

👊🏻 Talking about the Vagus nerve, Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous system was a must.

🥳 So was absolutely thrilled to have delivered a talk on 'Mental Health and the Nervous System' to London’s dedicated city workers today. It was an honor to explore how nutrition, exercise, and breathing can support our nervous system and boost mental well-being, especially in high-pressure roles.

🙏🏻But you have to understand the "WHY" to get the true benefits.

🥂 And finally a big shout out to Rose (pictured) and Lisa (couldn't make it) for helping organise this and bringing me in to talk

🤓 What’s one lifestyle change you’ve made to support your mental health? Maybe we can help each other grow and learn.

✨ Frida’s STAGE 4 ENDOMETRIOSIS is now ASYMPTOMATIC✨

😖 For 12 years, she’s faced STAGE 4 ENDOMETRIOSIS —a condition that often brings relentless pain.

🫸🏻But Frida? She chose to fight back her way. No meds, no invasive treatments—just pure commitment to her health.

🔗 Together, we’ve tackled strength training and dialed in an anti inflammatory nutrition plan that works for her.

✅ She’s mastered anti-inflammatory eating, learned what foods fuel her best, and found confidence in portion sizes. She regularly lifts weights and because she now knows how to, she loves it.

🏆 The payoff? She’s stronger, leaner, and free from bloating or discomfort and mental health is on a whole new level.

🤯 Then came the news that shocked her and her doctor: her latest scan showed improvement for the first time ever. Her doctors were stunned—Frida’s not just managing, she’s thriving, completely pain-free!

🙏🏻 This isn’t just her victory—it’s proof that endometriosis, even at its worst, can be managed. I’ve seen firsthand how the right plan can transform lives. 1 in 10 women battle this condition, and too many are told there’s no hope beyond drugs or operations. Frida’s story says otherwise.

🎉 But this is her personal victory story, and I’m so honored to support her as she reclaims her power. Seeing clients like her shine is why I do this.

🫵🏻 Ready to write your own success story? Drop me a DM—let’s make it happen.

✨Helping Those To Battle Thier Demon's✨

🙌🏼 Received this massage after a session we had on Friday... "Great seeing you today! 😊 Thanks for an awesome session🙌🏼 I was in the worst mood all day at work but now I feel so much better haha".

🤓 In all the 27 years of me doing this, one of the biggest thing I've learnt isn't knowing all the bones, muscles and attachments in the body. It's not how to lose body fat and build muscle. It's not helping people recover from knee and back injuries. It's realising none of that is possible, unless there is a change in my clients outlook of themselves.

💪🏻 I have to adjust my approach for each individual client. They are all different and react differently to different situations and stresses. It's up to me as the coach to understand their mind set and mould to that.

🤷🏻‍♂️ There is never a "one method works for all", it's personal. It's unique. Never standardised. Always bespoke.

🙌🏼 If you're ever needing any help getting started, or if things are just seeming too much, give me a shout and let's get you feeling and thinking better.

👊🏻 So if you're struggling Mentally, Physically, or a combo of both. I'm here to add you to the list (because you're not the only one) and guide you out of this very uncomfortable situation you find yourself in.

🫣 Be brave. Take the first step and ask for help. You'll be surprised by how quickly things can change in your favour.

✨"I'm Not Going On A Diet"✨

🤓 "You don't have to"

📝 Whenever a new client begins their journey with me, we always sit down and have an open chat where I gather important information. Like their 🔸Goals  🔸 Lifestyle 🔸 Mental Health 🔸Diet 🔸Job. Ect.

🕵🏻‍♂️I then go through a Sherlock Holmes process style of elimination. Revealing the areas where change is required for those goals to be achieved, and then obviously surpassed.

💪🏻 With Andrea specifically, her requested goals were - 🔸Lose Weight was 86kg- "Especially the muffin top".
🔸Tone Up - "Especially Arm's and bit in front of the armpit".

🤓 What I got from that is she wants to lose body fat and reduce bloating/inflammation, resulting in weight loss and her arms and midsection muscles to be defined.

👨🏻‍⚕️ Because her training was already in a great place, the two areas I wanted us to focus on were:
1️⃣Nutrition
2️⃣Getting Better Sleep.

😆 But as soon as I mentioned "nutrition", she quickly responded "I'm not going on a diet".

🤓 To which I responded "good, I don't put my clients on diet's, you fill in this Food Diary and we take it one meal, one ingredient at a time. As fast or slow as you want. As long as you're willing to implement small changes I'll work with you and we'll get there".

🥳 And that's exactly what happened. She knuckled down, tried the new things I suggested.
🤨Sometimes reluctantly (bad stubbornness 😠).
Sometimes they stuck, sometimes they didn't.
🙌🏻But luckily for me she never gives up (good stubbornness ☺️)
🏆 Down to 74.5kg.
🏆 Bloating dramatically reduced
🏆 And a quality pair of arms.

😈 We'll keep going as there's always room for improvement. It also helps us to strengthen our good habits, easing the urges of future pitfalls from our gut begging us to go to the shopping aisles with their sneaky marketing of low nutrient "foods" tempting us.

💯 Big congratulations to Andrea. Keep up the great work

✨Still Reaping The Rewards✨

😎 You know the drill, 15min @ 90°C. Last 5min are where it all happens.

🚰 700mil of Salted water
🧐 Brought in a homemade mix of Eucalyptus and Peppermint essence. Helps keep the airways open.

🤧 Lots of people with sickness
🙌🏻 Let's get another year under me belt of not getting ill.

💪🏻 Last time was COVID in 2022 which was incredibly mild.
🙏🏻Before that was 2016 when there was a huge increase in Flu numbers.

🤒Before 2011, I used to get ill a lot. Colds, Tonsillitis, Hay fever, Asthma, Pet Allergies, constantly run down, blocked sinuses. I also apparently snored.

🥳I then changed the way I lived completely and now all of that has completely gone.

📱Good luck for this year, and if you need any help, or you're experiencing being ill more often than you'd like.
You know where to find me.

✨The Hidden Dangers of Estrogen Dominance Could Be Affecting Your Health Right Now✨

It’s often considered the "female hormone," but too much estrogen without enough progesterone balance can quietly create a storm in your body—and many women don’t even know it's happening.

According to Dr. John Lee, estrogen dominance doesn’t just affect our cycles or moods. Here are a few surprising ways it could be impacting your body

1️⃣ Water Retention and Bloating: Feeling puffy? That “water weight” might actually be an effect of estrogen's ability to pull sodium and water into your cells, leaving you feeling swollen and sluggish.

2️⃣Breathless Cells: This may sound dramatic, but estrogen can actually reduce oxygen in cells! Less oxygen means cells aren’t working at their best, and it can even impact energy levels.

3️⃣Thyroid Block: Estrogen can block the action of the thyroid, which helps control metabolism. If you’re experiencing fatigue, unexplained weight gain, or cold hands and feet, estrogen might be a culprit.

4️⃣The Allergy Link: Ever noticed that PMS can make allergies worse? Estrogen promotes histamine release, which is linked to allergy symptoms like itching, sneezing, and even headaches.

5️⃣Bile Thickening & Copper Retention: When estrogen thickens bile, it can lead to sluggish digestion and poor detoxification, and higher copper levels can lead to imbalances, especially if zinc drops as copper rises.

6️⃣Affecting Your Libido & Cancer Risks: Perhaps most alarmingly, too much estrogen with low progesterone can decrease libido and contribute to a higher risk of uterine fibroids, breast cancer, and even uterine cancer.

The kicker? All of these effects can be balanced by one key hormone—progesterone. When estrogen and progesterone are in harmony, the body has a much easier time maintaining balance, energy, and well-being.

So, if you’re dealing with mysterious symptoms that doctors can’t quite explain, it may be time to ask: Is estrogen dominance the missing piece of the puzzle in my health?

✨Lunchtime Hack: Spicy Chorizo Basmati Rice✨

🤷🏻‍♂️ Who knew that such a simple combo could be so delicious?

👩🏻‍🍳 I start with microwaveable basmati rice (ideally do it yourself as it's cheaper and zero plastic involved), add chopped chorizo directly into the pouch, and microwave it together.

👨🏻‍🔬 The chorizo oils work their magic, infusing the rice with a rich, slightly spicy flavor that takes it to a whole new level (without being too hot!).

💪🏼 Quick, flavourful, and only takes minutes. This might just become my new lunchtime favorite!

✨Trying Something Different(ISH)✨

🥳 All that Fat without getting fat.

⚖️ Eat whole foods for 2 weeks and notice the difference in skin, joints, sinuses, energy, concentration, hair and eyes to name a few things.

😩 You're probably feeling and looking bad because of the fake foods you're eating on an hourly basis day after day because it's convenient and quick, and also there's a larger endorphin taste response from industrial foods.

🏭🚬 Most food companies are now owned by to***co companies like Philip Morris.
