✨ On Saturday, March 26th, from 10 to 6pm GMT, we are running "Sacroiliac Joint: the critical, functional link " is a BODY HARMONICS continuing education course designer for Pilates and movement teachers.
Optimal functioning of the sacroiliac joint is essential for a happy back, hips and knees. Learn techniques to understand how the SI joint is functioning in your clients, along with exercise progressions to address common issues of hyper-mobility, hypo-mobility and pelvic imbalances.

πŸ’‘ Be creative and experiment with some new ways to transfer the Pilates studio machines exercises on the Mat using small props (or home versions of them). Cadillac without Cadillac is the second of a series of free classes. The first one was "Reformer without Reformer", but no worries, you can join us straight into this one if you missed the first one. You'll need an elastic band (or a pair of tights) and possibly a foam roller (or 2-3 beach towels rolled together).
