We are winners of Lagos 2024 !!!

Benard Sang and Silas Cheboit picks the 1st and the 2nd Position respectively for the Team at the 2024 Edition of the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon.

This makes it our 2nd win in Lagos in the last 4 seasons.

Weekend round up !!

Cracking effort from Emmanuel Naibei Yesterday who finished 2nd yesterday at the 2023 Venice Marathon, after a fierce head to head battle with Solomon mutai, which ended up in a sprint finish to the finish line, with both posting 2:07:41 for a new PB both of them, but Emmanuel had to settle for 2nd unfortunately. Silas Cheboit finished in 5th in Venice.

Also, at the weekend, Lucy Karimi despite a bit of struggle yesterday, did finish in 4th place at the Yellow river estuary marathon. Good effort champ !

And the only win for the Weekend came from Abigael Mutai, who took the 1st place at this year's Suzhuo taihu Marathon, in this race Peris and Lilian finished in the 6th and 7th Positions.

And on Saturday, the Talented Peter Mwaniki Aila, gave a spirited performance which resulted in a 2nd place Position at the Totalenergies Bilbao night half marathon with a time of 1:00:39, a new PB

Jersey Marathon Weekend report !!

A special shout out to Nathan Kioko, who set a new marathon course record with an incredible time of 02:16:03 for this year's edition of the Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon, a very hilly and windy course with Ezekiel Korir taking the 2nd Position!

Also, a weekend ago in China, Benard Sang picked the win for the Team in his event whilst Miriam Chepkemoi got the 2nd position for the female category.

Peter Mwaniki Aila continues his winning streak this season by winning the Lotus Bank Abeokuta 10km Road Race yesterday.

Next stop for Peter will be Spain next month, for this year's Bilbao Half marathon, where he looks forward to having a good race.

HARBIN MARATHON !!!

In our first event for the new season, REBECCA KORIR and NAOMY CHEPKORIR gave a spirited performance at the 2023 Edition of Harbin Marathon. Rebecca eventually finished 2nd, she narrowly lost the race by mere 7 seconds and Naomi developed a bad blister to her toes, which affected her and had to settle for the 4th Position.

Peter Mwaniki Aila continues his winning streak on the Road by decimating the Men's field at yesterday's Betika half marathon in Eldoret. His third Win in a roll in the last 7 weeks.

This comes after his win for the 10km at the Nairobi Class Marathon few weeks ago. Man is on fire !!

Weekend Report !!

Emmanuel Naibei picks the win for the Team at the Maiden edition of the Abuja international marathon, followed closely by Benard Sang, who took the 2nd Position and Silas Cheboit settling for the 4th Position. Hence it was 3 men in the top 4 for the Team.

On the Women side, Chaltu Dida Negasa finished in the 3rd position.

Good effort all round by the Team and many more wins to come.

Over the weekend also in Turkey, Collins Cheboi who was making his debut for the half marathon distance was a DNF at the Istanbul half marathon, after developing a harmstring injury around the 12km mark.

The Talented Lucy KARIMI picked the win for the Team at the 2023 Wuhan Marathon yesterday whilst Josphat Kiptis was a DNF,

In the Netherlands, Peris Jerono who developed flu on arrival still fought hard but had to settle for the 6th Position for the 2023 Enschede Marathon !

Weekend report !!

Alex Saekwo picks the win for the 2023 Huaian Marathon in China yesterday and Miriam Chepkemoi settled for the 3rd place in the Women category.

Earlier in the week, Abigael Mutai took the 3rd Position at the 2023 Meia Maratona international da Paz in Angola. Whilst Aila, Chebuyo and Asbel could only manage the 5th, 8th and 10th Position.

With China now opened to Elite Athletes from outside China, The Team was busy yesterday at the Gold Label 2023 Colmo Wuxi Marathon, which was a record breaking event for China as a Nation,

For the Men category, Alex Saekwo finished 4th and Emmanuel Sikuku was a distant 14th. For the Women, Miriam Chepkemoi, who was making her debut for the 42km distance finished in the 6th Position.

Weekend Report !!!

Yesterday in Belgium, at the Runner Lab Half Marathon Ghent, Isaac Chebuyo was a DNF and Peter Mwaniki had to settle for the 5th position in a race dominated by the talented Bashir Abdi of Belgium.

Not a bad effort even though the boys were expecting much better performance due to the prep they had put in prior to the race.
